Heavy Light is the first and already legendary suit in the Ursuit drysuit range. The Ursuit Heavy Light suit is designed specifically for female divers.
The Heavy Light series started in 1992 when the Swedish Defence Forces tested all available dry suits. The testing lasted two years, and finally the first Heavy Light drysuit was decided. Since then, the suit has been one of the most popular dry suits in the world and, despite its military background, is highly sought after by sport divers.
The Heavy Light suit serves several purposes. The very lightweight, yet resilient trilaminate material provides exceptional performance for both the beginner and the seasoned veteran diver. The renewed cut in the shoulder ring and sleeves allows for exceptional mobility. The seam between the legs has also been updated to provide even greater abrasion resistance. The lightweight waterproof YKK Aquaseal PU zipper ensures comfort and adaptation to the diver’s movements. The suit is equipped with a warm neoprene collar to ensure comfort during cold water dives. The suit has a telescopic waistband formed by internally integrated shoulder straps and a crotch strap. Thanks to the zip on the front, the suit can be easily put on and taken off by yourself. The zipper is protected against the ingress of dirt and sand, and at the same time protects the buoyancy compensator from abrasion on the teeth of the dry zipper. The large and easily accessible thigh pockets are made of the same material as the suit.
