Delivery
1. Goods ordered from the CPA online shop and which are in stock will normally be dispatched on the same day as the order is placed. If an item is out of stock, this will be stated at the time of ordering or you will be notified of the delivery date immediately after the order has been placed. You can also ask us about the exact delivery time by e-mail (info@cpa.si) or by calling us during office hours (Mon-Fri: 9:00 – 17:00). We do not dispatch goods on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Also, the delivery time of the goods ordered will be extended in case of collective leave of CPA, which will be notified to you.
2. For delivery we use Post Slovenija or DPD courier service, which usually deliver the parcels the next day. If you are not at the address when the package is delivered, the courier will call you or you can pick up the package at the nearest post office.
3. You can also collect the goods in person at our workshop in Ljubljana by prior arrangement. As well as not paying delivery charges, you can also take the opportunity to speak to our sales staff, who will advise you on the use of the items you have purchased or on future purchases.
4. If you have chosen cash on delivery as your payment method when making your purchase, please ensure that the recipient of the shipment has sufficient cash in their possession. Payment on delivery is possible for orders placed in Slovenia.
5. Certain items (custom-made items, etc.) cannot be purchased through the online shop. These items can be ordered by e-mail or by phone and collected from our service workshop at Dunajska 254. If you do not wish to log in to the online shop, you can also order the desired items by e-mail or telephone.
6. Delivery costs up to the value of ⬠100 are borne by the buyer and are already made known to the buyer during the ordering process. For purchases over ⬠100, the postage costs are borne by CPA. For purchases up to ⬠100, the postage cost in Slovenia is 5 â¬. Postage cost for Europe is 15 â¬.
